At Bright Strides, we believe that every child deserves the chance to move forward with confidence. Our focus is on helping children with Autism, ADHD, and learning differences develop the skills they need to thrive at home, at school, and in their communities.

Founded by Julia Croteau, Child Learning Support Specialist and future Occupational Therapist, Bright Strides was created from a passion for supporting children and families through their unique journeys. Julia holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Queen’s University and is completing her Master's in Occupational Therapy at the University of Essex. With a strong background in child development, she offers customized learning, developmental support, and skill-building sessions tailored to each child’s needs.

Bright Strides is about more than academics, it’s about celebrating milestones, fostering independence, and building strategies that last a lifetime. We partner with parents to ensure each child feels understood, supported, and encouraged to take their next stride forward.
